TODAY – Annu­al Vestry Meet­ing will be held after the 9.30am ser­vice and morn­ing tea in the church hall.

Thank you to Stu­art Veitch for mount­ing the enorm­ously high lad­der and clean­ing the fans in the hall last week! Thank you to Stu­art Grigg for help­ing to lift the lad­der into pos­i­tion under each fan and for stand­ing by as a safety pre­cau­tion. We all appre­ci­ate a clean hall!
Thank you also to Steph­en Gates for weed­ing and trim­ming bushes in the garden on two occa­sions lately.

NEXT Sunday 23rd March at 9.30am – Sung Euchar­ist & Book Launch at St Luke’s Enmore fol­lowed by a cel­eb­rat­ory morn­ing tea.
This cel­eb­ra­tion will mark the 65th anniversary of Fr John Bunyan’s priest­ing on March 20th, 1960 by Bish­op Ern­est Burgmann of Can­berra and Goul­burn (and the 75th anniversary of con­firm­a­tion on April 16th, 1950 by Bish­op Charles Venn Pilcher, and the 85th of join­ing St Peter’s Hornsby Sunday School Kinder­garten under Miss Sylvia Coburn and Miss Sylvia Cox in 1940).
Two books will be launched:
1. Honey From The Stony Rock : 100+ Aus­trali­an Son­nets — with some earli­er son­nets revised and new ones added.
2. Con­ju­bil­ant With Song: and the get­ting of wis­dom — with 65 of my hymns, revised, some new, and sug­ges­ted revi­sions for some oth­ers’ hymns !
Signed, numbered cop­ies will be $20 each, all money received from them will go to ABM’s Emer­gency Appeal for our Dio­cese of Jerusalem’s Al Alhi Hos­pit­al in Gaza, one of its two hos­pit­als, dam­aged in the war, not receiv­ing aid from the Hamas gov­ern­ment.
