The flowers in the church today have been donated by Jo Middleton in loving memory of her brother, Peter Middleton. Some flowers are also a gift from Anne Stelmar on the occasion of the Baptism of her grandchildren.
Sunday 21st January – Planning meeting for Parish Retreat: Following morning tea there will be a planning meeting in preparation for the parish retreat at the end of February. If you would like to attend the retreat and help in planning it, please stay after morning tea and we will meet in the church for about 40 minutes.
OpShop 30-year celebration pens are available in the foyer for $2 each.
Palm Crosses Needed: Please remember to bring in your palm crosses from last year. We will burn these to make the ash on Shrove Tuesday for our Ash Wednesday services.
Sunday 18th February — Parish Council will meet after 9.30am service and morning tea.

2.30pm Thurs 1st February 2024 — ABM 2024 Project Book Launch:
You are invited to meet online with ABM and AID Executive Director, the Rev’d Dr John Deane, as we launch the 2024 Project Book. Together we will find out what God is doing and share with you how you and your parish can join with us in God’s mission.
We will also showcase the various resources we have available to help your parish participate more fully in God’s mission, nationally and globally, through ABM.

We are now taking names for reservations.
The bedrooms are nearly all single rooms with shared bathrooms, and we will be self-catering.

Lea MacNeil has jam, conserves, pickles and various sauces to sell; please email her at lea.macneil@gmail.com to order them from her. All proceeds go to St Luke’s Parish.
Food for our worms – Leave your worm food gifts at church on Sundays or drop off during the week. Please remember to remove the strings from your teabags. (N.B. — no dairy, citrus, onions or meat).
