Saturday 25th March – NSW State Elections:
The Electoral Office is hiring our hall from 3 p.m. Friday 24th to midnight on Saturday 25th March. The hall is therefore not available for use at this time.
A BBQ provided by the Chiew family & volunteers will be available on the day.
Our cake stall has also been approved by the Electoral Commission and will be held in the carpark from 9am until the cakes sell out.
Help is needed, as well as cakes, slices, or biscuits for sale. Small cupcakes, muffins, banana, date or walnut loaves sell best.
As there will be limited room in the carpark, there will only be one table with cakes and some jams, preserves & curds made by Lea MacNeil.
Please note: Goods can only be brought in on the day for sale as there is nowhere to store them overnight.
A cake stall roster for 2 hourly intervals is in the hall on the notice board. If you are available to help sell cakes please put your name down on one of the 2‑hours slots. Any help at all would be much appreciated!
