NEXT SUNDAY - St Luke’s Day BYO Lunch:
To celebrate St Luke’s Day we are holding a ‘Bring-Your-Own’ parish lunch in the carpark and the hall.
While COVID restrictions mean that our BYO Lunch will (sadly) not be like our traditional shared lunch, we will be sharing each other’s company, which is the most important thing.
Please note: that due to Covid 19 restrictions the Lunch that you bring needs to be pre-prepared at home and brought ready to eat as you will be unable to use the kitchen to cook, heat or prepare food.
The food you bring for lunch will be for yourself and your immediate family/household only.
We hope to see everyone there with their own lunch!
Please RSVP to the office (email or phone) by Sat 17th October.
Next Sunday: 6pm Evening Service (Communion available on request).
31 October at 2.00 p.m. “Words of Hope” — Poetry Event
A sharing of poetry by local artists will take place at St Luke’s Enmore. There will be readings by a talented group of poets and delightful refreshments at interval. Come along and be part of our special day, with some funding from the Inner West Council.
There are limits on attendance so please RSVP to the parish office.
Attendance List: This is an essential part of our Covid-safe plan which has been lodged with the State Health Department. We request, once again, that you do respond, as it helps us with the planning needed to ensure a safe environment. If you are not receiving our attendance reminder emails, please contact us on stlukes.enmore@outlook.com. Those without an email can also RSVP by either ringing the office Ph: 9557 4219 (note office hours on this website).

Please protect with your loving care those we love — our families, friends and neighbours. Let your fatherly hand guide, shelter and strengthen them. Cast out all anxious fears and doubts. Give us an increasing trust in you and fill our hearts and minds with your peace. We pray for those around the world now struggling with COVID-19. Heal and comfort those who are sick and suffering. Protect and guide the health professionals who are at the front line. Please give wisdom and courage to those who bear responsibility for confronting this challenge.
