TODAY at 3pm — Handel’s Mes­si­ah: A music appre­ci­ation lec­ture by Susan Deas. Held at Holy Trin­ity Church, Dul­wich Hill. Free entry, no need to book. 2‑hour ses­sion with after­noon tea included.

Tues­day 15 April at 11am — 2025 Chrism Euchar­ist:  This year’s Chrism Euchar­ist is to be held at Christ Church St Laurence, George St, Sydney. The Right Revd Dr Michael Stead, Bish­op of South Sydney, will be the cel­eb­rant. A gen­er­al invit­a­tion is exten­ded to clergy, par­ish read­ers and parish­ion­ers to attend the ser­vice. All clergy, lay read­ers and licensed lay min­is­ters are invited to robe and renew their vows dur­ing the liturgy. A light lunch will be served fol­low­ing the ser­vice. There is no need to RSVP.

Tues­day 22nd April — Christ Church St Laurence movie excur­sion to Hoyts Cinema Enter­tain­ment Quarter to see the movie ‘The King of Kings’; an anim­ated retell­ing of the life of Christ.  All wel­come to join.  You can either meet them dir­ectly at the cinema (there is three-hour free park­ing with movie tick­et pur­chase val­id­a­tion) or join them at church to travel togeth­er via the light rail.  Par­ents, grand­par­ents and/or care­givers are most wel­come to join as well, how­ever, we will also have pro­vi­sions for chil­dren aged 5 and older to come along without a guard­i­an, with Sarah Per­civ­al and Fr Ryan super­vising.   Please con­tact Sarah Per­civ­al, Dir­ect­or of Youth Min­is­tries & Com­mu­nic­a­tions at s.percival@ccsl.org.au or Ph: (02) 9211 0560
